Bushbuck is committed to providing quality products supplied by Bushbuck Limited (NZ) to all our customers both nationally & internationally.You have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you. We will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. If, for example, you prefer another size or another color, if you ordered you must place a new order in our online store.

We are a straight-up bunch of guys and gals at Bushbuck Outdoors and we want to give you peace of mind. When you buy your outdoor gear directly from Bushbuck Outdoors online we give you 30 days to decide if our gear is the right piece of equipment for you.
Step 1: find your five digit reference number #00000 enter this number and your email in the form below.
Step 2: the products you ordered will appear, you will need to select the return reason and provide us with a note so we know why you are returning.
Step 3: We will approve or deny your request.
Step 4: If approved you will be sent an email with a unique return number (RA#) & the closest return addresses to your country. We have return addresses in NZ, USA and the UK. You will need to send the item to one of these addresses with the RA# displayed clearly on the front of the package.
Step 5: Once we have received the items back at one of our return addresses we will provide store credit + 10% for exchanges or refund if you want to return (International) . NZ returns can ask for credit, exchange or refund.
