Order and Shipping Confirmation

Once you have placed an order with Bushbuck Outdoors you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been received, this will include your unique order which you can quote if you have any queries regarding your order.


Please check this email to confirm that your shipping address details and the items ordered are all correct. Once confirmed please allow up to 1 business day for your order to be picked, packed & dispatched.


You will the receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to the courier tracking, you can track your order from here and should expect to receive it within 2 business days for non-rural addresses. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of your order, rural deliveries also incur extra cost. The cost of shipping is always clearly outlined at the checkout. If you have a any questions regarding the cost of shipping please contact us at sales@bushbuckoutdoors.com

Processing a Return

Follow the steps below for a seamless return.

Step 1: find your five digit reference number that looks like this #12345 enter this number and your email in the form found at this page link. Click here

Step 2: the products you ordered will appear, you will need to select the return reason and provide us with a note so we know why you are returning.

Step 3: We will approve or deny your request.

Step 4: If approved you will be sent an email with a unique return number (RA#) & the closest return addresses to your country. We have return addresses in NZ, USA and the UK. You will need to send the item to one of these addresses with the RA# displayed clearly on the front of the package.

Step 5: Once we have received the items back at one of our return addresses we will provide store credit + 10% for exchanges or refund if you want to return (International). NZ returns can ask for credit, exchange or refund.

Please note: This order system is only for users that have bought gear from this website & our "bushbuck.co.nz" Trademe store. For Trademe store customers they will need to use our confirmation number not the Trademe confirmation number. It will look like the above format. 

Returns Policy

Bushbuck Outdoors is committed to providing quality products to all our customers both nationally & internationally. You have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you. We will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

Late Returns

The same policy applies as above, however we will review late returns on a case to case basis. The return needs to still be within a reasonable time frame and due to unforeseen uncontrollable circumstances if outside the 30 day return period.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Used, damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn items/products with removed tags and labels. ( if you are wanting to return a product, the item basically needs to be in a new condition as you received it)
